Jacob Frost and Prowess from Pain

    If Jacob frost attacks with Prowess from pain, while he has a party of 6 including 4 1 blood potency characters with the one that gives all thinbloods fortitude. Will that be a 9 damage attack. His blood potency will be 7 minus his current blood of 3.
